Service Dog & pets

'Thunder' is my Landseer (white & black) Newfoundland, Sugar Bears Thunder King.  He is a year and nine months and is very playful.  I have had two Newfoundlands before, Teddy, gray, & Tasha, black, but they both died of old age.

I wanted Thunder to be a service dog, but am in a rural area, alone, and don't have any friend's.  What's a person like that to do without a car?  I only get $706.00 in Social Security every month, and I give $50. a month with the transportation vehicle to go to the post office (mail) and groceries.  I care only that I can find a friend who will take me to the mail & groceries once a week or two.  I will be grateful for that.

I want Thunder to be a service dog.  He can go ANYPLACE I can go.  To shopping, to the movies, to the library.  He can help me with going up or down stairs and would be my comfort if I cry.  Among other things.  I only had two trainers, one for a couple of months over a year ago, and the second twice, once for half an hour and the second for five minutes.  I desperately wish that I had a trainer.  I wish that Thunder could sit when told to, and not jump on people.
